This month we have been reflecting on our success at the annual Constructing Excellence awards.  With Albury Place now complete, our focus is on ensuring the same award-winning standards are applied to our forthcoming developments. Only ONE townhouse remains from Phase 1 of Lord Hill Gardens and interior designs are now available  Contact Sharon if you would like to discuss in more detail. The SY Homes team enjoyed a very rewarding evening at the annual Constructing Excellence (Midlands) awards, coming home with THREE awards!

The Constructing Excellence awards are recognised across the built environment as the biggest and brightest celebration of best practice.  Each award is judged by panels of industry experts with a series of interviews and written entries.  Shortlisted alongside far larger organisations, we are incredibly proud that our work and ethos shone through. 
Whilst we judge our own performance on customer satisfaction, and we have received some fantastic buyer testimonials, we are also very proud to receive industry recognition. We are entered into the national Constructing Excellence Awards to represent the West Midlands alongside eight other regions in November 2022.  Wish us luck!

#2 The Shrubbery at Lord Hill Gardens

Phase 2 of Lord Hill Gardens will sit to the rear of the site with far-reaching views across the Rea Brook Valley Country Park and Nature Reserve. Contemporary apartments will sit within beautifully landscaped gardens, with winding paths, lawns and trees. Register your interest now to receive details as soon as they become available.

 

Working on a solution for all at Old Coleham Court

SY Homes will be creating 43 new homes in Coleham, SY3.  Planning is approved and the development will be built to the exacting standards synonymous with SY Homes.

Currently we working with the Environment Agency and Shropshire Council. Our core focus is achieving a betterment for the Old Coleham Community as a whole.
 

And finally…  meet Tom, Senior Project Manager

Tom Savage is a highly-motivated senior project manager.  In true family-business style, Tom is the cousin of founder Rhys. Tom’s background is as a fully qualified electrician and he has high-level understanding of the mechanical and electrical aspects within the development process. He is very well regarded as an important member of the SY family.
