We are delighted to announce that our Sales office is now open at Old Coleham Court!
It has been so exciting welcoming our first potential buyers on to site this week.
Floor plans and pricing can be collected from our Sales office, by appointment. Properties can be reserved with a payment of £1000. For details, please read our Buyers Guide.

Please note that this is very much an active building site with noise and dust.
We will supply hard hats and high vis jackets, and ask you to sign an indemnity form. Please wear sensible shoes for walking around a building site.
How to find us
Our sales office is located on Old Coleham, next to the pedestrian tunnel to Old Potts Way. Please use the Pedestrian Access gate.
If you are looking for parking, we advise using the Abbey Foregate Public Car Park (pay via MiPermit location 740005) and walking via Old Potts Way and the pedestrian tunnel.
