We've spotted our first daffodils in Shrewsbury, so it's definitely almost Spring!

Property development through the coldest months takes some grit and credit goes to our bricklayers who kept on building walls and laying patios in temperatures well below zero.  Fortunately for the rest of the team, we were warming up inside The Shrubbery as the 2nd fix went in for electrics, plumbing and heating, followed by plasterers, tilers and painters.

And finally...  meet Maisie, Site Mascot

Maisie has been with SY Homes since the very beginning in 2014, from the first homes we built in Worthen and Montford Bridge, to our current office on the Lord Hill Gardens site. 


Nowadays you'll find Maisie curled up under Wayne's desk, snoozing and waiting for treats.  Her little legs don't carry her around the building site quite as quickly as they used to.
