Exterior work complete at The Shrewsbury Ark
When we heard that The Shrewsbury Ark were planning a new day centre close to our newest development Albury Place, we volunteered our time and expertise to help. After all, we are all about #shapingnewbeginnings!
Our goal was to create a smart new exterior that gives a warm welcome to agencies and visitors using the new space and improves the aesthetics of the street scene along Castle Foregate. Now, the bright blue and white frontage and iconic mural really add to the vibrancy of this lively area of Shrewsbury.
Local newspaper The Shropshire Star came along and took this colourful photo of Lara Sidell and Suzanne Johnson from our team, with Wendy Faulkner, Manager of the facility.

The Ark wrote a great blog about the project on their website.

We drew on our friends to help: Monks Properties gave a generous donation, new signage was donated by Sign and Poster, and support was given by local scaffolders Pole Position.
